Once a year Carnival comes to Nethyrin, the people rejoicing the turn of winter towards early spring and the anticipation of the riot of colors that the flowers will bring aid in the creation of their beautiful costumes and the pagentry of the Masquerade Balls where all may attend and join the revels. For a single week the whole city dresses as fantastic creatures or beings and simply celebrates, we invite you to join us!
